Refund / Cancellation Policy

We aim to keep billing transparent and fair. This policy outlines how Aceintek handles refunds and cancellations for our services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

• You will continue to have access to services until the period ends

• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

• To cancel, contact us at zahd87956@gmail.com with your Order ID

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service

• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error

• Service failure: If we fail to deliver the service as described and cannot resolve the issue

• Legal requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Completed subscription periods

• Usage-based charges that have been consumed

• Services used during the billing period

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at zahd87956@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge

2. Provide your Order ID and Payment ID from your confirmation email

3. Explain the reason for your refund request

4. Include any supporting documentation

We will review your request within 7-10 business days and notify you of our decision.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Scale Plan (Custom Amount) Refunds

For Scale Plan purchases with custom amounts:

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Unused credits may be eligible for refund if service was not delivered

• Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts

• Contact us with your Order ID and usage details for evaluation

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider:

• We will provide transaction documentation to resolve the dispute

• Chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension

• We encourage contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback

• We will work with you to resolve any billing issues amicably
